I planned to up my arsenal of knowledge by learning a 3d app. Cinema 4d was my first choice because I'm more on the filmmaking side of things and it's easy to use and Mac compatible. I bought books and crap earlier this year to learn it but I slacked off so much that am back at square one. I'm learning Blender now because I remember trying to teach myself Blender as a kid and I would "model" stuff with primitives for fun.
